​Welcome to our 21st Annual Hanover Club Holiday Gift Show! Thank you for your interest in being part of our day! 


  • Applications will start being accepted on February 1, 2017.  $45 per space. Application deadline is August 1, 2017. You will receive your acceptance notification mid-August. Please note: Payment for your space will NOT be cashed until after your acceptance. 


  • Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first serve basis. Reminder: We only accept a certain number of vendors per category in order to provide our customers the best shopping experience. Certain categories fill quickly. Please note: due to shoppers feedback and demand, we will not be accepting direct sales vendors. 


  • All vendors are required to provide a raffle item $20 in value upon check-in. This is great advertising for your business. 


  • Applications need to be filled in COMPLETELY in order to be reviewed. Applications WILL NOT be accepted without photo's of your product, even if you are returning vendor. They can either be mailed with your application or emailed to hanovergiftshow@gmail.com. 


  • Wall spaces and electricity are available on a limited basis. Again, applications are first-come, first serve so please keep in mind these are highly sought after spaces.  Vendors are responsible for providing their own power strip and GFI if needed. 


  • Vendors are REQUIRED to bring your own table(s) and chair(s). The facility does not have the capacity to house and lend that many table(s) and chair(s) for this type of event. 


  • Vendor spaces will be assigned based on vendor category, impact on the event, and space needed. Out of respect to your fellow vendors and as a safety precaution, you cannot break down early and are expected to remain set up throughout the entire event. 


  • Specific guidelines for set-up and break-down will be provided to all accepted vendors two weeks prior to the event. 


  • Closer to the event, we will promote our vendors (if permission is granted) on our social media account. Please provide us your website and/or electronic pictures of your product if you would like a spotlight. 


  • ALL proceeds from the day go to support community service efforts in Hanover and provide scholarships to graduating Hanover High School seniors.
